When you use our contact form, we collect:- Name

- For corporate courses: company name, contact person, team size
2.2 Student Management (CRM)
For conducting lessons, we store:- Name, email, phone number
- Language level and learning progress
- Lesson history and attendance
- Homework and feedback
- Lesson packages and payment information
2.3 Newsletter

2.4 Website Analytics

We share your data with third parties only as necessary to provide our services:
- Resend (email delivery) — Resend Inc., USA, based on Standard Contractual Clauses
- Hosting provider — EU-based server (Netherlands/Germany)
- Google Analytics — Google Ireland Limited, with IP anonymization and data processing agreement
- Jitsi Meet (online lessons) — 8x8 Inc., for video meetings via meet.jit.si
4. Data Transfers Outside the EU
Some of our service providers are based in the USA (Resend, Google). Data transfers are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) or an EU Commission adequacy decision.
5. Data Retention
- Contact inquiries: 2 years after completion
- Student data: For the duration of the teaching relationship, then 2 years
- Invoice data: 7 years (legal retention obligation, Dutch tax law)
- Newsletter: Until consent is withdrawn
- Server log files: 30 days
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

For our "Deutsch für Kinder" (German for Children) offering, we process data of children under 16. Consent is provided by the legal guardians who fill in the contact form and enter into the agreement.
